Refund policy
Please note that all sales are final. However if you are not satisfied with a product, please contact us at support@deencentral.com with your Order#. We want our customers to be happy and we will try to make it right.
We are not accepting any returns or exchanges at this time to maintain safety protocols in light of COVID-19 pandemic.
In the event you receive any products that are damaged, please contact us within 48 hours upon delivery. We will try to send you a replacement if available in our inventory or we will issue you a refund.
Please note there are no refunds for any returned products that are damaged due to intentional or accidental misuse or any other abnormal use.
Any refunds or exchanges are at the sole discretion of DeenCentral Corporation.
